My second Panorama investigates the state of Britain’s great postal institution, Royal Mail. Is this the last post for the letter?

As reporter Zoe Conway finds out, Royal Mail is not delivering. Last year it was fined more than £5 million for missing its targets.

We expose chronic postal delays, meet a mum whose delayed hospital post had severe consequences and talk to people who have resorted to collecting their own post from the sorting office. We speak to whistleblowers and senior management who believe the postal system must change if Royal Mail is to survive.
